Three Weeks Left–And So Much More To Do!

It’s just three weeks left to go until election day and the 33rd LD Democrats could use your help! Here’s a few of our upcoming events:

Democratic Campaign Office Open in Des Moines! - Volunteers needed

Tina Orwall, Dave Upthegrove and local Democrats have opened a campaign office in Des Moines, and activities are in full swing. The office is located at 22515 Marine View Drive in downtown Des Moines (on the west side of the street next to B&E Meats). The office is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily until the election. We have six phone stations, and volunteers are needed all day every day to make phone calls to help turn out the Democratic vote. Can you spare a couple of hours? Join Tina Orwall and local Democrats in Giving Back to the Community

We need 33rd LD volunteers to join Washington Alliance for Better Schools, Democrats Work and “The Bus” in Kent to help beautify East Hill Elementary School in Kent.

On Wednesday, October 22nd from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., wonderful Democrats Work volunteers in south King County will join forces with the Washington Alliance for Better Schools to beautify the grounds of East Hill Elementary School in Kent (9825 South 240th Street ). Join students and area volunteers — including state Representative candidate Tina Orwall — to plant flowers and shrubs and help make East Hill a better place to grow and learn.

Orwall Doorbelling Volunteers Needed Saturday October 25th

Next Saturday (October 25th) at Noon, please join us in a door-to-door canvass to help elect Tina Orwall and keep this 33rd District House seat in Democratic hands. Meet Tina and other local Democrats at the campaign office at Noon on Saturday the 25th before heading out into the neighborhoods.

Election Day Volunteers Needed

This is an historic election. After 8 long years, we finally have the chance to take our country back. Volunteers are needed on election day to help make sure local Democrats in our community turn out to vote. If you are willing to spend election day helping with the “get-out-the-vote” effort, please email us. Our election day effort could determine the future of the nation and the outcome of Democratic races up and down the ballot.
