Burien Parade, Kent Cornucopia Days Parade, and More!

Hello Friend,

I am pleased to report that everything on the campaign trail is on track for a victory in November! From the success of the Burien Parade to the upcoming Kent Cornucopia Days Parade, to the continued endorsements I’ve received, we are sure to keep a Progressive voice in Olympia.

We had record numbers of Democrats in the Burien 4th of July Parade! We were lucky to have our friends from the 34th, 11th, and 33rd LDs! It also was so nice to have our Governor join us in the Parade. I want to give a special thank you to Paula Joneli who brought wonderful t-shirts and hats to the event and Amanda Nelson (my campaign manager).

I also want to thank our other 33rd volunteers including Florence McMullin, Tiffany McGuyer, Stephanie and her darling daughter, Jerry Pipitone and his sweet daughter, Bob Polwarth, Steve and Cheryl Juneau, Glenda and John Castillon, Aaron Belenky (for making sure I didn’t lose my place in the parade!), the wonderful Brown Family…and of course my wonderful colleagues serving us in Olympia Senator Karen Keiser and Representative Dave Upthegrove.

I am so proud to have received the following new endorsements:

We have several campaign activities coming up!

* Kent Cornucopia Days Parade on Sunday, July 13th at 2:00pm. We will be meeting up at 1:30 in downtown Kent at 5th and Saar Street. This is going to be a lot of fun so please come join us!

* Mark your calendars for our Superwalks on Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, August 3rd! We need to hit the pavement and talk to voters to make sure we get the votes out for the Primary! We will also follow up these great events with festive BBQs. All you need is to show up, we’ll provide everything you need!
